• Penn Fence Product Returns


    Penn Fencing prides itself on shipping orders to our customers in a timely
    manner. We strive to safely ship in the most cost-effective and efficient
    manner possible. Big or small, our online shipping calculator will provide
    a quick cost estimate and our customer service specialists will find the
    perfect shipping solution for you.


Shipping transit times are estimates only and are based on business days and exclude weekends and UPS holidays. We make our best effort to ship material as quickly as possible. But, since many of our items are large and/or specialty items, extra time may be required for packaging and transit arrangements. Orders are shipped on a first come-first served basis. During peak times shipments may be delayed.

Penn Fencing, Inc. makes every effort to carefully inspect all products as they are being packaged. Steps are taken to ensure products arrive undamaged.

We cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred during shipment. It is the responsibility of the receiver to carefully inspect all packages for damage and report damage to the carrier prior to signing for release from the carrier.


Most of our on-line items are packaged small enough to ship via UPS. When items are added to your shopping cart, a shipping estimator will display service levels and pricing based on your zip code. The user can then select a service level based on shipping times and pricing during final checkout.

Common Carrier Freight:
To help reduce shipping cost we offer freight terminal pick up. You now have the option to select terminal pick up when calculating your shipping cost.

Some of our larger products require shipping via common carrier freight. When items are added to your shopping cart, a shipping estimator will display carrier options and pricing based on your zip code. The user can then select a carrier based on shipping times and pricing during final check out.

Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the receiver to provide a method of unloading the material. The carrier will not provide a lift gate unless prior arrangements have been made which will increase the rates.


Penn Fencing, Inc. will accept returns and refund the purchase price of most items returned to us in original, new condition, in the original packaging and under the following conditions:

  • All returns of shipped orders must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return packaging. To receive an RMA number, call 888-728-4695.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • All returns must be presented along with a copy of the original purchase invoice.
  • All returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Special order items and custom fabricated material cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Custom items will be at Penn Fencing’s discretion and will include, but are not limited to, items that are custom cut or fabricated, custom painted items, specially ordered non-stock items, and designer colored items.
  • Electronic items (solar and low-voltage lighting) are non-returnable. These items are backed by the manufacturer warranty.
  • Orders that are refused upon delivery, will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as return shipping cost. These costs will be deducted from material refund amount. In the event that an order arrives damaged, damage must be reported to the carrier and Penn Fencing within 5 days from time of receipt so that shipping charges may be waived.
  • We cannot refund the cost of shipping.
