Penn Fencing, Inc. will accept returns and refund the purchase price of most items returned to us in original, new condition, in the original packaging and under the following conditions:
- All returns of shipped orders must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return packaging. To receive an RMA number, call 888-728-4695.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- All returns must be presented along with a copy of the original purchase invoice.
- All returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Special order items and custom fabricated material cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Custom items will be at Penn Fencing’s discretion and will include, but are not limited to, items that are custom cut or fabricated, custom painted items, specially ordered non-stock items, and designer colored items.
- Electronic items (solar and low-voltage lighting) are non-returnable. These items are backed by the manufacturer warranty.
- Orders that are refused upon delivery, will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as return shipping cost. These costs will be deducted from material refund amount. In the event that an order arrives damaged, damage must be reported to the carrier and Penn Fencing within 5 days from time of receipt so that shipping charges may be waived.
- We cannot refund the cost of shipping.
