"I needed a black vinyl post sleeve for my 4" mailbox post that was ruined when a truck slid into it. I called Penn Fence while traveling through Pennsylvania. I explained that I had a problem when I tried to order the item online and they took my order over the phone. When I realized that I would not get there before they closed due to traffic, they said they would leave it outside will call for me. Refreshing customer service. I installed the sleeve the next day and it fit and looks great."
